All payments we receive from you will (unless otherwise required by law) be applied to payments your Account in the following order:

(a)

Flex Payments Monthly Instalment (to be applied to each Flex Payment facility in the order of creation);

(b) other interest and Account Charges;
(c) existing Promotional Balances - lowest rates first;
(d) new Promotional Balances - lowest rates first;
(e)

existing Purchase balances and non-promotional Balance Transfers - in the order in which they were debited to your Account as shown on the monthly statement;

(f)

new Purchase balances and non-promotional Balance Transfers - in the order in which they were debited to your Account but not yet shown on the monthly statement;


(g)

existing Cash balances shown on the last monthly and/or previous statements - in the order in which they were debited to your Account as shown on the monthly statement;

(h)

new Cash balances - in the order in which they were debited to your Account but not yet shown on the monthly statement; and

(i)

the balance of each Flex Payments facility (to be applied to each facility in the order of creation).


Minimum monthly repaymentUnless we tell you otherwise, the minimum monthly payment will be:

the greater of:

(a) £5; or

(b) 2.25% of the Non Flex Payments Balance; or

(c) (i) 1% of the Non Flex Payments Balance; plus

(ii) billed interest on the Non Flex Payments Balance as shown on your statement; plus

(iii) late fees charged in accordance with clause 12.1 as shown on your latest statement (unless these have been cleared prior to the statement date in accordance with clause 9.2);

PLUS

any amount by which you have exceeded your Credit Limit at the date of your statement;

PLUS

any Flex Payments Monthly Instalments (which include all interest applied to any Flex Payments facility during the statement period);

PLUS

all minimum monthly payments outstanding from previous statements.
